With Audit-Pro you will benefit by having a Senior Avocent Trained Engineer on site to go over and assess your current Avocent configuration.  Out of which you will receive:

• An audit of your current software and hardware inventory.
• An analysis of the status and differentials.
• A brief written impact statement.
  

UPGRADE-PRO - $699
With Upgrade-Pro your system will have the benefit of a Senior Avocent Trained Engineer on site that will bring your systems up to date efficiently and professionally.

• Assemble all *Software and Firmware for project.
• Schedule and coordinate the timing of the upgrades with your IT Staff.
• Execute upgrade and check status of systems.
• Educate IT Staff on new features and benefits of upgrade.
